MANUSCRIPTION SUBMISSION PROCEDURE

Preparation for submission

Before submitting your manuscript, please ensure:

- The manuscript meets the aims and scope of the journal

- The manuscript has not been previously published and is not under consideration in another journal

- All authors have read the manuscript and approved its submission

- Format and structure requirements are met

- Plagiarism check conducted (similarity no more than 15-20%)

- The language has been checked for grammar and style

- The bibliography is formatted according to the Chicago Manual of Style

- All tables and figures are of proper quality

- All necessary documents have been prepared (see below)

Documents required for submission

**Required files:

  1. Cover Letter** – maximum 1 page

Must contain:

- Manuscript title and publication type

- Brief summary of the research contribution (2-3 sentences)

- Explaining the significance of the work for the journal and its audience

- Confirmation that the work is original and is not under consideration by another journal

- Suggestions for potential reviewers (3-5 names with contact information and brief explanations)

- List of undesirable reviewers (if there is a conflict of interest) with an explanation

  1. Title page (separate file)

Includes all identifying information about the authors

  1. Anonymized manuscript (main file)

Without any information identifying the authors

  1. Tables and figures

Separate high quality files

  1. Author Contribution Statement

   It can be part of the title page or a separate document.

  1. Conflict of Interest Statement

Declaration of the presence or absence of a conflict of interest

  1. Ethical approval and informed consent (if applicable)

Documents confirming ethical approval for research involving human subjects

  1. Additional materials (if any)

Any additional files

Online Application Process

Registration and submission:

  1. Create an account in the online journal submission system (Editorial Manager / OJS)
  2. Fill in the metadata: title, abstract, keywords, author information
  3. Upload the files in the specified order
  4. Suggest reviewers (at least 3, with justification for their competence)
  5. Check all information before final submission
  6. Submit your manuscript

After filing:

- You will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt of your manuscript with a unique ID.

- All further communications will take place through the online submission system.

- You can track the status of your manuscript in your personal account

 

Total time from submission to decision: 6-12 weeks for initial decision
